From 0 to 8 years
As a child and from the first months of life, the child should be helped to move and, later, encouraged to play movement games.
Make sure your children take at least 60 minutes a day of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity and exercises to strengthen the musculoskeletal system at least 3 times a week.
Ideal physical activity for children should be predominantly aerobic, but let them choose to play as they like, as long as they do away with sofas and monitors!
From 9 years
The models of regular physical activity acquired from 9 years upwards are more likely to remain so even in adulthood and thus provide the basis for an active and healthy life.
Participation in games and other physical activities, both at school and during leisure time, will help to control body weight, will have beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system and respiratory functions and will contribute to a healthy development of the muscular system.
